Stephen Krebs is the Vice President of Sales, Marketing, and Business Acquisition for Ledgestone Hospitality, bringing over 25 years of experience in sales, marketing, franchise development, economic development, and hotel owner operational support. In his role, Stephen is responsible for driving Ledgestone's growth through strategic initiatives across all revenue-generating departments. He oversees the integration of sales and marketing efforts to maximize brand presence and market share, while aggressively pursuing new business acquisitions and strategic partnerships that align with the company's vision.

Before joining Ledgestone Hospitality, Stephen held key leadership roles, including Director of Owner Support, Owner Relations at Hilton Corp, where he was instrumental in guiding operational performance, revenue strategies, and portfolio performance for more than 420 properties.

Stephen holds an MBA and an MA in Management and Leadership from Webster University. He is passionate about growing revenues, mentoring team members for career growth, providing leadership support, facilitating strong business relationships, and is dedicated to positioning Ledgestone Hospitality as a leader in the industry.

Krebs is a retired Army Colonel with more than three decades of service.
