Ledgestone Hospitality, LLC was created in 2009 out of an exciting opportunity to bring together a collection of passionate hospitality professionals. The name Ledgestone was derived from our philosophy of forming a rock-solid hospitality management company where our hands-on experience offers our owners and managers the necessary tools to maximize operations and increase their asset values. Ledgestone was established to manage high-quality hotel properties in the full service and upscale limited service segments. Our experience and capabilities encompass all market segments.
Led by industry veterans with more than seventy-five years of combined experience, Ledgestone Hospitality has a corporate structure that allows us to focus our attention on your properties and give personalized service to our clients.
Together, the principals of Ledgestone have worked every hotel position, owned hotels, been franchisees, led a major hospitality consulting firm and headed up the management division of a national brands management department, acting from the franchisor capacity. So, unlike most hotel management companies, we have 360-degree experience including the perspective of employees, owners, franchisees, franchisors, and hotel management company. However, we take an owner’s view to everything we do at Ledgestone Hospitality. We look through the eyes of an owner. You are our client and we use our experience to maximize your success.
As a hotel development company, we look beyond the usual measures of hospitality management success. Ethics and integrity form the foundation of our culture. Our hotel and resort management company has widened its spectrum to include a diverse hotel portfolio. Currently, we manage a collection of properties throughout the United States including brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, Red Lion and AmericInn. Ledgestone also operates the four-star boutique hotel, La Bellasera Hotel & Suites located in the Central Coast of California; the Estes Park Resort at the gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park, a renowned hotel, and steakhouse in Iowa, the Carrollton, along with La Cuesta Inn, a California roadside rich in history.
Our offices in Minneapolis, MN and Scottsdale, AZ provide ongoing property support and supervision while providing convenient access to the entire continental U.S.
