Brady Thomason has been appointed Corporate Food & Beverage Director for Ledgestone Hospitality, LLC, announced Michael Harris, Vice President of the leading hospitality management firm.“Brady brings an incredible aptitude to his new position and we are pleased to have him lead our food and beverage operations,” said Harris. “We look forward to his creative perspective, fresh ideas as well as bringing his remarkable food talent to our entire enterprise of hotels, resorts, and brand.”
Chef Thomason is a 2006 graduate from the highly acclaimed Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York.He also has a history with Ledgestone going back to 2007 having helped concept and open the chic Enoteca Restaurant & Lounge in the management group’s four-diamond luxury boutique hotel, La Bellasera Hotel & Suites, located in Paso Robles, California. After a stint with California Pizza Kitchen in a variety of corporate and GM positions, Mr. Thomason has chosen to return to Ledgestone.
