Paul joined Ledgestone Hospitality in August 2018 with over 35 years in the hospitality industry holding positions of Food and Beverage Director, General Manager and Regional Manager with management companies as well as brands.
Working for Holiday Inn Worldwide, he grew his knowledge in the food and beverage department developing restaurant, banquet and beverage operations, designing regional menus, inventories and controls. Moving around the country, working with different culture backgrounds, Paul proved himself successful in many situations and was promoted to general manager.
Working with Hilton as a general manager for Hampton and Homewood Suites, Paul switched from full service hotels to limited feature and extended stay properties. Developing the knowledge of the differences of each along with the needs for all of these products. This provides for a better revenue management strategy to increase your revenues.
Paul has spent the last 12 years as a regional manager overseeing a variety of properties from brand to independents, full service to limited feature, from economy to upper mid-scale. He has opened 10 new built hotels, 5 conversion properties and completed renovations on several locations. Paul develops general managers which retains their longevity and many have received accolades from their respective brands.
